Changes To Our Business In Regard To CORVID-19
After careful consideration, we have made the tough decision to temporarily close our business for up to 4 weeks to assess the CORVID-19 virus outbreak. We have made this decision not because we are sick or know of someone who is, but because of the nature of our business. We handle the devices that people touch most - their phones and laptops. Whatever is on a person's hands is also on their phones and laptops.
In addition to this, the majority of our customers are elderly people and we do not want to be participant in potentially spreading this infection or unwittingly infecting one of our customers. So we are making the decision to temporarily close the business throughout the rest of March while we keep an eye on reports of coronavirus and can have a better understanding of what this virus means for us in our community.
While we have closed the office, we are now offering online remote repair services for virtually all software-related issues. This includes malware removal, strange pop-up messages, software installation/configuration, blue screens, and essentially all other types of software problems. As long as the computer you are needing help with is capable of accessing the internet, then we can remotely connect and take care of your problem.
To get started with a remote support request, fill out our online form and we will be in contact with you to provide further instructions so that we can connect and take care of your problem.
